Christopher J. Watson is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in health care law, medical malpractice defense, appellate practice, cyber insurance coverage, cybersecurity, insurance defense, and technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Watson served as a law clerk for a judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Additionally, he practiced real property law for a local boutique law firm before joining a Pittsburgh firm practicing commercial and general civil litigation. Mr. Watson has also counseled financial institutions, public utilities, and other commercial entities in commercial office and retail space leasing, title disputes, land use and zoning issues, as well as in eminent domain issues.

Representative Matters:

  • Through dispositive motions, obtained dismissal on behalf of hospitals, construction contractors, and property owners/occupiers in general civil liability and professional liability cases
  • Successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania
