Samantha Cavalier Earns Women’s Energy Network Award

Dickie McCamey associate Samantha R. Cavalier has earned the Presidents’ Award from the Women’s Energy Network (“WEN”). The Greater Pittsburgh Chapter will be presenting the award at their 9th Annual Boots & Ballgowns Gala on Friday, August 4, at The Westin Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.
“A woman that leads from behind the scenes,” is how the WEN describes Samantha. “She is driven by her unwavering passion for promoting her fellow women in energy and whose contributions to the WEN organization have been integral to the success of the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter.”
Samantha has been a member of WEN for the last three years where she has served as the leadership series chair, co-programming director and, most recently, the secretary.
The gala is a celebration of outstanding members and recognizes the companies who uplift and encourage their female employees as they strive to achieve their goals.
An auction during the event will benefit the Inaugural WEN Greater Pittsburgh Scholarship Fund in its mission to enrich and educate women in the energy industry in furtherance of leadership, STEM, and/or career-pivoting experiences.
