Dorothy T. Daly Elected to the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee in New Jersey

Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote’s Dorothy T. Daly was recently elected to the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association at the organization’s annual meeting and convention. She joins 24 other members on the committee, and she will serve in that capacity for the next three years.

Ms. Daly is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. where she concentrates her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, workers’ compensation coverage litigation, and medical provider recovery. She also has experience in FELA defense, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. Ms. Daly is a frequent speaker for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s “Hot Topics in Workers’ Compensation.”

Ms. Daly joined Dickie McCamey as a principal in May 2015 in the firm’s Haddonfield, New Jersey, location. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daly served as the chair of workers’ compensation with a local firm. She has worked in the legal and claims industries for the majority of her professional career, primarily as defense counsel. Before starting her occupation in law, Ms. Daly was a claims consultant working with several major companies to help manage their workers’ compensation challenges.

Ms. Daly received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law and her B.A. from Rowan University, magna cum laude.
