Iman A. Hart is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction law, criminal defense, and insurance defense, with a particular emphasis in workers’ compensation.
Ms. Hart works closely with clients throughout the life cycle of a claim—from early fact development through final resolution—providing clear, strategic, and goal-oriented counsel that empowers informed decision-making. With a collaborative approach and a proactive focus on emerging legal developments, she is recognized for crafting practical, forward-thinking strategies tailored to each client’s unique objectives and risk profile. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hart worked as a lawyer in the Charleston area. Upon graduation from law school, she was an Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit Berkeley County Office. During her tenure in law school, Ms. Hart served as an extern to the Honorable Richard M. Gergel of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
