Howard A. Chajson is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in medical malpractice defense. He also practices in the area of appellate law.

In his medical malpractice work, Mr. Chajson represents physicians, practice groups, and hospitals through their insurance carriers, self-insured programs, and directly. He has defended a wide spectrum of medical cases involving such diverse areas as anesthesiology, colon and rectal surgery, endocrinology, emergency medicine, family medicine, gastroenterology, internal medicine, neurosurgery, obstetrics/gynecology, oncology, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics, radiology, toxicology, transplant surgery, and general and trauma surgery. In addition, he also handles credentialing, peer review, and general counseling on behalf of his health care clients. Mr. Chajson has over 30 years of jury trial and appellate court experience.
