Ronald J. Brown is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and concentrates his practice in municipal finance and municipal law. He serves as solicitor to several municipal authorities. He also represents commercial and governmental lenders in structuring tax-exempt financings for school districts, municipalities, and authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brown was a shareholder with the firm of Grogan Graffam, P.C. Additionally, he served as Assistant Deputy Controller of Allegheny County.
