Monika S. Tan

Monika S. Tan is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of civil law, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation, with a particular emphasis in insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tan practiced with another law office located in Buffalo. Upon graduation from law school, she worked for six years as a public defender with the Public Attorney’s Office of the Philippines, gaining extensive courtroom experience and strengthening her skills in case strategy, advocacy, and client representation.

Ms. Tan reads, writes, and speaks fluent Filipino.
