Profile & Honors

Michael P. Flynn is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Commercial Law and Litigation Group. Mr. Flynn represents an array of business entities, ranging from multi-billion dollar international corporations to regional organizations including closely-held companies, partnerships and limited liability companies in the areas of commercial business and corporate litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property and trade secret litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and outside general counsel services. He has litigated commercial and civil litigation in every level of state and federal court in Pennsylvania, as well as numerous other state courts, federal district courts, and federal appellate courts.

In addition, Mr. Flynn serves as outside general counsel and provides strategic transaction-related counseling for a number of organizations and closely-held companies. He routinely drafts and negotiates various commercial agreements, including but not limited to data services agreements, technology transfer and licensing agreements, employment agreements, commercial and construction terms and conditions, real estate development and purchase/sale agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, and professional service agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Flynn completed an internship with the Honorable David S. Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
