Profile & Honors

Margaret M. Harrington is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and workers’ compensation, with a particular emphasis in general liability. Her legal practice has spanned both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation which enhances her ability to effectively and successfully represent her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrington served as an attorney with a local Wilmington law office working on complex litigation matters. Her extensive experience extends across firms in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Additionally, in Philadelphia, Ms. Harrington’s skills include over 20 years as a neutral arbitrator and 5 years as a Judge Pro Tempore with the Court of Common Pleas Dispute Resolution Center.
