Sebastian F. Napoli

Sebastian F. Napoli is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. working out of the Harrisburg office. He concentrates his practice in construction litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Napoli has carefully refined his legal expertise through years of practice, successfully navigating complex legal landscapes in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Napoli worked for several mid-size civil defense firms in the Philadelphia metro area in which he defended high-exposure construction defect, general liability, engineering malpractice, and medical malpractice cases through all phases of litigation. He has a history of successfully stepping into cases late in the litigation process and obtaining favorable outcomes. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Napoli is focused on community involvement. He volunteers in various mock trial competitions.
