Profile & Honors

Scott A. Fenton is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and Co-Chair of the Construction Law Group. He is also a member of the firm’s Railroad Law, Litigation and Regulatory Counsel Group. Mr. Fenton concentrates his practice in the areas of architect and engineer malpractice, construction law, and railroad litigation. He frequently defends railroads in Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), third-party personal injury, property damage, and real estate litigation matters. His practice includes civil litigation, insurance defense, and defense of professional liability claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fenton practiced with a local firm in Columbus. Before beginning his career in private practice, he served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Patrick M. McGrath of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
