Scott A. Fenton is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and Co-Chair of the Construction Law Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of architect and engineer malpractice, civil litigation, insurance defense, professional liability, railroad litigation, and real estate, with a particular emphasis in construction law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fenton practiced with a local firm in Columbus. Before beginning his career in private practice, he served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Patrick M. McGrath of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
