Elizabeth L. Melamed is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage litigation, medicare compliance, negligence, and nursing home litigation, with a particular emphasis in medical malpractice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Melamed worked as a litigation attorney with a local law office managing medical negligence-based claims and cases. Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson of the Superior Court of New Jersey. While in law school, Ms. Melamed interned at the United States Trustee Program of the Department of Justice as well as with the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Additionally, she was a research assistant to Bankruptcy Professor Donald Korobkin.
