Profile & Honors

Chad M. Sizemore is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and the Managing Attorney of the Cincinnati office. He concentrates his practice in the transportation and logistics industry and has extensive experience litigating claims for catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, cargo loss and damage, insurance coverage disputes, and violations of non-compete agreements. He also has drafted and advised clients on various contracts that are commonly used in the transportation industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sizemore served as the managing attorney at local Cincinnati law firms. His practice included being trial counsel for motor carriers in tort, cargo, and insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and other states on a pro hac vice basis. During his college and law school years, Mr. Sizemore served in the U.S. Air Force/Ohio Air National Guard. After college but before attending law school, Mr. Sizemore worked as an insurance claims adjuster.
