Amy L. Diviney

Amy L. Diviney is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general liability, insurance bad faith litigation, negligence, and premises liability, with a particular emphasis in insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Diviney served as a senior attorney with a local Michigan law office representing insurance companies and insureds throughout all stages of litigation. Her fourteen years of vast experience span all aspects of the insurance industry. While in law school, she completed an externship with the Honorable David M. Lawson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
