Profile & Honors

Susan H. Briggs is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, and is the Shareholder-in-Charge of the Charlotte office. As a Board Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law and a trial lawyer, she concentrates her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation litigation and appellate practice. Ms. Briggs also has significant experience in mediation negotiations and advises clients on business risk management and strategy issues. She was appointed to serve on the McDonald’s panel of National Coordinating Counsel. Furthermore, Ms. Briggs regularly teaches seminars regarding workers’ compensation law in North Carolina and claims investigation.
