Melissa M. Barr is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance litigation, including coverage issues and bad faith, agency/broker liability, personal injury, employment law, commercial law, construction law, and toxic torts, with a particular emphasis in insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Barr served as a law clerk to Judge Charles E. McCarty, Fifth Judicial Circuit; an assistant prosecutor for Jackson County, West Virginia; and State Farm claim litigation counsel.
