Jesse J. Zirillo is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and serves as Chair of the firm’s Energy Group. He is also a member of the Real Estate Group.
Mr. Zirillo has substantial experience handling a wide range of transactional matters for clients in the energy, natural resources, and real estate industries. His practice comprises certified mineral title opinions, title curative, and land and legal due diligence associated with mineral transactions. In addition, he is well versed in oil and gas asset acquisitions and divestitures, mineral leases, joint ventures, joint operating agreements, farm-out agreements, term assignments, acreage trade agreements, sales and marketing agreements, gathering, transportation, and processing agreements. He also has extensive knowledge in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and commercial transactions, real estate and title litigation, and business and commercial litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Zirillo has experience working in-house with a large international oil and gas company and for a national law firm.
