Dave Fawcett Elected as Pitt Emeritus Trustee


David B. Fawcett, Esq., a shareholder in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, was recently elected Emeritus Trustee of the University of Pittsburgh for life by the Board of Trustees.  He concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Fawcett received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1953, where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Trial Tactics at Pitt Law School and President of the University of Pittsburgh Law Alumni Association. He was also awarded Pitt Law School’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
