Dickie McCamey Attorneys Included on 2013 Pennsylvania Rising Stars List

Eleven Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. (“DMC”) lawyers are recognized as 2013 Pennsylvania Rising Stars by Super Lawyers®. Rising Stars go through the same multiphase selection process used for Super Lawyers; however, a Rising Star candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Shannan Noe Cerrone is an associate and concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort matters and school and municipal liability litigation. Ms. Cerrone graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Psychology and Business. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Michael S. Faber is a shareholder and member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group. He concentrates his practice in representing employers and their insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases and has litigated hundreds of workers’ compensation claims at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Faber graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Mark A. Fiorilli is an associate concentrating his practice in the areas of criminal and civil defense. After receiving his B.A. in History from John Carroll University, Mr. Fiorilli graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with his J.D., cum laude.

Michael P. Flynn is an associate and serves as Co-Chair of the Government Contracting and Compliance Group. Mr. Flynn graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Business Law. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Justin M. Gottwald is a shareholder and member of the firm’s Health Law Business, Product Liability, Commercial Law and Litigation, and Medical Malpractice Defense Groups. Mr. Gottwald graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in History and Politics. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.

Douglas M. Grimsley is a shareholder and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Government Contracting and Compliance Group. Mr. Grimsley concentrates his practice in the areas of government contracting and compliance, commercial law, and product liability law. Mr. Grimsley graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.

James P. Killeen is a shareholder and concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law with a particular emphasis in real estate litigation, commercial and residential real estate transaction, title insurance litigation, and landlord and tenant law. Mr. Killeen graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with a B.A. in History and Communication Studies. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Eric S. Lamprey is an associate focusing on all aspects of workers’ compensation law. Mr. Lamprey received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated with his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law. 

Gregory C. Michaels is an associate and concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of bankruptcy/workout and creditors’ rights, product liability law, and mineral law. Mr. Michaels graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Economics. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, cum laude.

Andrew T. Tillapaugh is a shareholder concentrating his practice in the area of commercial and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in the food and beverage industry and toxic torts. Mr. Tillapaugh graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in History. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.

Adam J. Warhola is an associate and concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation and real estate. Mr. Warhola graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Political Science and Business. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
