Terri Imbarlina Patak is Of Counsel with Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and specializes in the area of employment and labor law. She represents employers in matters involving civil rights claims, wage and hour issues, and other employment-related matters from the administrative level through litigation and advises employers on preventative strategies. She regularly conducts training for companies in the areas of employment discrimination and harassment, best practices for human resources management, and hiring and firing policies, as well as union avoidance.

Ms. Patak has been representing primarily employers in the labor and employment law arena for the past 18 years. Prior to that, she served as in-house counsel for Duquesne Light Company and previously worked as an Assistant City Solicitor with the City of Pittsburgh Law Department.
