Richard J. Kabbert is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He has civil litigation and trial experience in many areas, including healthcare law/medical malpractice, motor vehicle/transportation negligence cases, and personal injury defense. Mr. Kabbert has litigated cases for local, regional, and national clients in his various areas of practice. In his over 13 years of experience, he has successfully represented individuals, professionals, health care institutions, and corporations in courtrooms throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
