Piero P. Cozza is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., and a member of the firm’s Energy, Estate Planning and Administration, Insurance Law and Litigation, Real Estate, Toxic Tort, and Workers’ Compensation Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estates and trusts, real estate transactions, and workers’ compensation. In addition, Mr. Cozza handles insurance defense matters, including asbestos defense, and general insurance litigation as well as small business consulting. He also has experience in litigation matters involving oil, gas and mineral title opinions and related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cozza was an Assistant Prosecutor in Jefferson County, Ohio. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Estate and Trusts and Real Estate Law.

  • Defends large sporting goods retailer in workers’ compensation claims throughout Ohio
  • Represented individuals and fiduciaries in the management of personal affairs and the disposition of property in anticipation of, or the event of, such person's incapacity or death
  • Defends trucking companies in workers’ compensation claims filed on behalf of drivers throughout Ohio
  • Representation of various manufacturers, suppliers, and outside contractors in asbestos suits throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania
