Jesse J. Zirillo is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and directs the firm’s Oil, Gas and Mineral (“OGM”) Services Group. He is a member of the Real Estate and Energy Groups.

Mr. Zirillo has substantial experience handling a wide range of transactional matters for clients in the energy, natural resources, and real estate industries. His practice comprises certified mineral title opinions, title curative, and land and legal due diligence associated with mineral transactions. In addition, he is well versed in oil and gas asset acquisitions and divestitures, mineral leases, joint ventures, joint operating agreements, farm-out agreements, term assignments, acreage trade agreements, sales and marketing agreements, gathering, transportation, and processing agreements. He also has extensive knowledge in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and commercial transactions, real estate and title litigation, and business and commercial litigation.

Additionally, Mr. Zirillo has experience working in-house with a large international oil and gas company and for a national law firm.

Representative Matters:

  • Handled numerous asset and equity transactions, large-scale due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, and lease transactions for large international oil and gas companies as well as small independent operators
  • Due diligence and title defect process of a multibillion dollar joint venture
  • Several multimillion dollar oil and gas asset acquisitions and divestitures
  • Advised interstate and intrastate midstream company with Marcellus/Utica operations on day-to-day operations including:  transportation, gathering and processing contracts; pipeline right-of-way agreements and easements; and compressor site acquisition
  • Representation of landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of commercial and industrial properties
  • Representation of developers and investors in the acquisition and divestiture of real estate assets
  • Representation of lenders in connection with commercial and residential loans and equity investments
