Janet K. Meub is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. practicing in the Pittsburgh and Erie offices. She is a member of the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group and Professional Liability Defense Group. Ms. Meub has tried cases to verdict on behalf of physicians and hospital clients in counties throughout Western Pennsylvania. She has represented physicians, chiropractors, and other licensed professionals in the context of state board licensure and disciplinary matters. Ms. Meub has also represented architects and contractors in construction design and defect claims. Additionally, Ms. Meub has significant experience in the areas of nursing home negligence, toxic tort litigation, personal injury and premises liability, and employment law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Meub worked for firms in Ohio and Pennsylvania and served as a partner at a local practice in Pittsburgh defending medical malpractice and toxic tort litigation cases.

  • Bench trial defense verdict on behalf of contractor in design defect claim in Marion County, West Virginia
