Profile & Honors

Steven W. Zoffer is a shareholder and the Secretary and Treasurer of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote P.C. His practice focuses on business litigation, including the areas of technology, intellectual property, contracts/collection, general corporate law, higher education law, insurance company law, and franchise and appellate practice, with a particular emphasis in commercial litigation.

Mr. Zoffer chairs the firm’s Commercial Law and Litigation Group, Corporate Services Group, Intellectual Property Law Group, Professional Liability Defense Group, and Technology Law Group. He provides litigation and non-litigation legal services to Pittsburgh, regional and national companies, including defending and pursuing lawsuits in the state and federal courts as well as providing various business agreements, employment contracts, consulting services, licensing, security, and joint venture agreements. He also conducts private and court-appointed mediations, which include successfully mediating multimillion-dollar commercial development disputes arising out of the Pittsburgh Southside Works Project.
