  • Estate of Luella Brim v. Prime, Inc., Allen County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. CV 2007 0424 (2007):  wrongful death matter; defense verdict
  • James Lennon v. NS and Renzenberger, Inc., Franklin County Court of Common Pleas (2010):  FELA claim tried with multiple defendants and a death; defense verdict in favor of NS and Renzenberger
  • Matthew Lingo v. Ohio Central Railroad, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 03 CVH-11-12962 (2005):  FELA claim and violation of safety device; plaintiff suffered a degloving injury and two subsequent amputations to his leg and other significant injuries with permanent disability; verdict amount was in line with what defendant offered prior to trial

  • Brenda Hickman v. Provident Life and Accident, United States District Court Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division:  individual disability claim by plaintiff who had a policy which contained own occupation disability language; plaintiff was in upper management and alleged multiple disabling injuries/conditions; verdict in favor of defendant
